Social Action Volunteers-Nepal (SAV) Social Action Volunteers (SAV) Based alongside the only Children’s Hospital in Nepal (Kanti), SAV is the only social service organization in the hospital.

Social Action Volunteers Nepal is a registered non-profit charity initiated in 1988 to meet the needs of the genuinely poor children and their families. Many families travel for upwards of 2-3 days to receive treatment at this hospital, but sadly many family members do not have enough money or a place to stay while their child is receiving treatment. SAV empowers youth volunteers to visit wards and determine the poorest of the poor to provide support in medical, blood, food, shelter, clothing, and more.
