At Himalaya Toastmasters we create leaders. By regularly giving speeches, gaining feedback, leading teams and guiding others to achieve their goals in a supportive atmosphere, leaders emerge from the Toastmasters program. Last week’s election has placed our nation at a turning point-a shift in leadership that mirrors a truth we live by at Toastmasters: leadership cannot be faked. To remain relevant and effective, we must commit to constant growth, or change will inevitably move past us.

As the country embraces this new chapter, I’ve planned a “twist” for today’s meeting. We are stripping away the formal structure-no featured speeches, evaluations, or role players (except for our essential Timer).

Instead, the floor belongs to everyone. This session is dedicated entirely to high-energy participation and collective engagement. Let’s bring that renewed national hope into our room and make this a meeting to remember.
