It marks one year since we lost our dear family, Dinesh Dai. Although a year has passed, he continues to live on in the memories of everyone who ever met him.
For many years, he was a dedicated member of our dialysis center. His journey was unique—while caring for patients, he was also living with kidney failure and undergoing dialysis himself. He understood the challenges of treatment not only through his work but through his own daily experience. Even so, he continued to show up with commitment, professionalism, and quiet determination.
His courage in facing his own health challenges while continuing to serve others left a lasting impression on everyone around him. Fellow patients found strength in seeing someone who shared their journey continue to live with purpose and dignity. His resilience gave hope to many, reminding them that even in the face of difficult circumstances, it is possible to keep moving forward. His example also touched colleagues, families, and everyone who had the opportunity to know him.
Today, we remember not only the work he did but the person he was. His dedication, courage, and unwavering spirit remain an enduring part of our dialysis family, and the lives he touched continue to reflect the difference he made.
He will always be remembered, greatly missed, and forever remain a valued part of our team.

हामीले आफ्ना प्रिय परिवार दिनेश दाइलाई गुमाएको एक वर्ष पूरा भएको छ। एक वर्ष बितिसकेको भए पनि उहाँलाई भेट्ने सबैका मनमा उहाँको सम्झना आज पनि उत्तिकै ताजा छ।
धेरै वर्षसम्म उहाँ हाम्रो डायलाइसिस केन्द्रको एक समर्पित सदस्यका रूपमा रहनुभयो। उहाँको जीवनयात्रा वास्तवमै विशेष थियो। बिरामीहरूको सेवामा समर्पित रहँदै उहाँ स्वयं पनि मिर्गौला रोगसँग संघर्ष गर्दै नियमित डायलाइसिस गराइरहनुभएको थियो। उपचारका चुनौतीहरू उहाँले केवल आफ्नो पेशामार्फत मात्र होइन, आफ्नै जीवनका अनुभवमार्फत पनि गहिरोसँग बुझ्नुभएको थियो। यति कठिन परिस्थितिका बीच पनि उहाँले आफ्नो कर्तव्यप्रति समर्पण, व्यावसायिकता र दृढ इच्छाशक्तिलाई कहिल्यै कमजोर हुन दिनुभएन।
आफ्नो स्वास्थ्यका कठिन चुनौतीहरू सामना गर्दै पनि निरन्तर अरूको सेवामा समर्पित रहनुभएको उहाँको साहसले उहाँलाई चिन्ने सबैको मनमा गहिरो छाप छोड्नु भएको छ। उहाँसँग एउटै यात्रामा रहेका धेरै डायलाइसिस बिरामीहरूले उहाँलाई देखेर हौसला पाए। उहाँको धैर्यता, दृढता र जीवनप्रतिको सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोणले धेरैलाई कठिन परिस्थितिमा पनि आशा नहार्न र अगाडि बढिरहन प्रेरणा दिनु भयो। उहाँको जीवन र व्यवहारले सहकर्मीहरू, बिरामीहरू तथा उहाँलाई चिन्ने सबैलाई सकारात्मक प्रभाव पार्नु भएको छ।
आज हामी उहाँले गरेको कामलाई मात्र होइन, उहाँ कस्तो व्यक्ति हुनुहुन्थ्यो भन्ने कुरालाई पनि सम्झिरहेका छौं। उहाँको समर्पण, साहस र अटल आत्मबल हाम्रो डायलाइसिस परिवारको अभिन्न हिस्सा बनेर सधैं जीवित रहनेछ। उहाँले धेरैको जीवनमा छोड्नुभएको सकारात्मक प्रभाव सधैं स्मरणीय रहनेछ।
उहाँ सधैं हाम्रो सम्झनामा रहनुहुनेछ, उहाँको अभाव सधैं खड्किरहनेछ, र उहाँ हाम्रो टोलीको एक अमूल्य सदस्यका रूपमा सदैव स्मरणीय रहनुहुनेछ।
