Climate change is not gender neutral, and climate justice cannot be gender blind.

Nepal’s devastating floods remind us that climate impacts are not experienced equally. Women, girls and marginalised communities face heightened risks to their health, livelihoods, dignity, and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

ICA Nepal’s work in this area reminds us why intersectionality matters. Climate, gender, health, poverty and social exclusion are deeply interconnected and must be addressed through a holistic, people-centred approach.

We need climate action that listens to communities, centres those most affected, and ensures no one is left behind.

Sharing this important article on women’s health, SRHR and climate change by our one of the Climate Leader.

Standing Together in Solidarity 🤝🇳🇵

In solidarity with the communities affected by the recent disaster, ICA Nepal has handed over the first aid boxes and essential hygiene materials to the Maiti Nepal Collection Team to support immediate relief efforts.

During times like these, solidarity and collective action are more important than ever. Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a difference in supporting those affected...

ICA Nepal stands with all the affected communities and with the organizations, volunteers, and individuals working tirelessly to provide relief and support.

🙏 Together, let us stand with those in need.
