Nepal Table Soccer

Beyond the game, there is humanity 🇯🇵🇳🇵…. During the Tokai Open Foosball Tournament in Anjo city, Japan the players came together to meaningfully contribute from their heart to the victims of the devastating floods in Nepal.

It’s not about the amount of approximately 30,000 Yen collected during the tournament but the love, compassion, and solidarity behind it are immeasurable. It truly touched our heart to see the foosball community stand together for Nepal in a time of need.

To all our Japanese friends and fellow players (special mention to Joe Ueno, President of Japan Table Soccer Association) thank you for your kindness, your generosity, and for showing that friendship goes far beyond the foosball table. Arigato Gojaimas 🙏

We will use this donation to install Foosball tables for the flood victim children of Nepal.

One game. One community. One humanity. 🇯🇵🤝🇳🇵

Thank you Jim Provost, President of USA Foosball / USTSO for this meaningful initiation. We express our gratitude on behalf of the whole nation in this utterly difficult time.

Dear Foosball Community:

The Nepal Table Foosball Association is one of the newer ITSF Federations. Nepal Table Soccer has a school program co-founded and run by Mr. Umesh Ghimire. It is a humble program, and I was saddened by the news of the flood that destroyed so many villages and schools in Nepal. So I am setting up this GoFundMe to help our fellow brothers and sisters in Nepal and lift the spirits of the children impacted by helping their program.

Jim Provost, President of USA Foosball / USTSO, will collect the funds and transfer them to the Nepal Foosball Program to help fund foosball tables for the temporary holding centers and shelters and to the school programs.

In Loving Memory of Our Fallen Himalayan Heroes 🕊️🏔️

Nepal Table Foosball Association pays tribute to the brave mountaineers who dedicated their lives to the Himalayas and made the ultimate sacrifice while aiming for the summit of Broad Peak in Pakistan in pursuit of their passion.

To Nirmal Purja "Nims Dai", Pur Bahadur Gurung (Yukta), Nima Sherpa, Kili Pemba Sherpa (Kilu), Gyalu Sherpa, and Nawang Thindu Sherpa—your courage, resilience, and unwavering spirit have inspired not only the mountaineering community but an entire nation and the world.

May your souls rest in eternal peace, and may your families find strength during this unimaginable time.

Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.

We have already initiated such initiative in Nepal and look forward to working together with relevant institutions worldwide. Let’s talk!

🌟 Introducing the ITSF Deaf Commission 🌟

We're thrilled to announce the creation of the ITSF Deaf Commission!

This is a major step forward in making table soccer more accessible and inclusive for everyone. The commission will work to:
✨ Promote table soccer in deaf communities worldwide
✨ Support national federations in building their own deaf initiatives
✨ Ensure accessibility across all ITSF competitions and activities
✨ Foster growth and opportunity for deaf players everywhere

Leading this important work is Hervé Gendry, President of the ITSF Deaf Commission, bringing years of experience and passion to this role.

📢 Don't hesitate to reach out to us NOW! We're here to help your federation implement deaf activities in your country. Together, we can expand table soccer to every corner of the world!

Inclusion is the heart of sport. Let's build a stronger, more welcoming table soccer community together! 🏆♥️
