It is registered with the District Administrative Office, Kathmandu and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council. This organization primarily intends to aware people about environment, its services and human responsibility towards its sustainable management. In the present context of Nepal, very few people know about the environmental functions and services. Similarly they do not know about its
long term consequences which could seriously affect the livelihood. A huge mass of resource poor farming community are vulnerable and comes in front line to be affected with the negative environmental impacts like climate change. People who live in urban area are also facing different direct and indirect environmental hazards. So it is necessary to aware all Nepalese people about the context and measures which plays a critical role to maintain the surrounding healthy and alive. As an initiative some proactive youth students of environmental science has formalized an organization with the dream of environmentally aware and healthy Nepal.
