In order to fulfill Vision, Mission and Goal of ECWS, the following objectives are identified:
• Establish harmonious relationship with line Ministries, NGOs, CBOs, UN agencies working with and for the senior citizens.
• Exchange information with line Ministries, NGOs, CBOs, UN agencies through newsletter, books and magazines, audio, visuals and reports.
• Create conductive environment for
using of knowledge, experience and skills among the active senior citizens.
• Advocate in order to solving the major issues of senior citizens of Nepal in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create an environment to reduce the gap between the generations.
• Carry out actions research activities to develop model programs.
• Carry out and lead the awareness campaign on the rights and security for the senior citizens. envisions creating a well developed society with holistic development
