🚁❤️ WHEN ROADS FAIL, WE TAKE HOPE TO THE SKY.

After the devastating floods — the “Himalayan Tsunami” — many communities in Rasuwa & Nuwakot remain difficult to reach.

For survivors, access to medicine can mean the difference between life and death. 💊

That is why we are delivering critical medical supplies by drone, reaching people cut off by damaged roads and difficult terrain.

🌍 Innovation in humanitarian action.
🚁 Reaching the unreachable.
❤️ Saving lives when every minute matters.

🍲❤️ Serving Hot Meals to Flood-Affected Families

With the generous support of World Central Kitchen, Volunteer Corps Nepal has been operating community kitchens for families and individuals affected by the recent floods.

In the first two weeks, kitchens in Ward No. 2 and Ward No. 8 of Bidur Municipality-Nuwakot served thousands of freshly cooked meals. As schools reopened, the kitchens were relocated to continue reaching families where support is needed most.

📍 Our community kitchens are now operating in Ward No. 1 and Kathmandu, supporting flood-affected and evacuated families.

A huge thank you to World Central Kitchen for standing with us throughout this response and for providing an additional 10 wood-fired cooking stoves to strengthen our kitchen operations. 🙏🔥

Together, we continue to serve communities in need. 🇳🇵
