Thoughtful Steps

Thoughtful Steps Educational Support, Human Rights,Gender Equality, Environmental protection Both of them had almost identical dream of making their mark in the social service.

Brief History:
Thoughtful Steps is the result of a thoughtful consideration over some of the basic social issues, a fierce exchange of thoughts regarding those issues and above all the lifelong commitment of two individual Sita Rupakheti and Subha Dewan. It all started back in February 2011, when a social worker met with a dedicated solo philanthropist and had their views exchanged. A social s

ervice free from racial prejudice, nepotism, hypocrisy and indignation. To set up a completely new bench mark as far as the selfless philanthropy is concerned. Discussion over the matter stretched up to several days and finally we discovered was a beautiful idea which later on gets its name as "Thoughtful Steps". After everything had been carefully taken into consideration, we had initiated the paperwork and it took painstakingly longer time than we have anticipated. Perhaps it was the most challenging time for all of us before we could actually start working for the community. Another important and toil some work was to get the desired name for the domain and it actually took several days to find our present name. We checked more than a thousand names before settling with this one. Our main intention was to get the meaningful and catchy name for our organization. Since our organization is a social service organization we want it to be as minimalistic as possible. Creating a logo was yet another challenging task for us because the professional logo maker demanded more than what we could possibly afford, hence, the chartered vice president asked everyone to put in their ideas into it. After much dileberation Vice President took the liberty to proposed a logo for the organization in front of everyone, which everyone seem to have liked. Memebers:
After a serious consideration we have included another five dynamic individual for our organization. All of them are young and enthusiastic about their responsibilities.Now, we have seven dedicated members in our organization, all of them have vowed to carry out the responsibilities that has bestowed upon them. Educational support for the underprivileged, backward class children;
Rehabilitation program for the street children;
Health and sanitation awareness program;
Psycho Counseling, Emotional counseling, Vocational training etc. for women;
Environmental awareness program;

These are some of the issues which has inspired us to get ourselves involved in the path of philanthropy before it`s too late. We have already conducted several programs collaborating with other organizations, without having the identity of our own that`s because our sole purpose was to get those work done without any delay. We are still doing what we ought to be doing, however, this time we have thought about a name of our own not because we want reorganization but to set an example of well organized social service.
