From the beginning, this program is conducting by National Health Education, information & Communication Centre (NHEICC)/MOPH being a focal point of HELLIS network in Nepal. It is conducting the training program each year/ twice a year for selected health institute as well as the member health institute of HELLIS Program. But, there are still more health institute which need the training on HINARI
program and could not cover by NHEICC's regular program. We, core group, are the among them. We feel that the HINARI Program has many potential informations for health and health related institute which must be used by all health and health related institutes. It provides free access facility of the fulltext article available with-in the program. With a view the maximum utilization of facility provided by HINARI program in Nepal we, the core personnel, has formed this group and working on it. Now the HINARI program has expanded its coverage and known as Research 4 Life which cover OARE on Environment and AGORA on Agricultural field. Our first mission is to cover the health institute with-in Kathmandu valley then outside the valley. Simultaneously we will conduct the training on AGORA as well as OARE also. As both the program are quite useful for the concern institute, it should be made aware about the aviability to concern institute. Our future plan is translate the model in Nepali version as well as online training for those who are interested on this program.
