We’re excited to share that the AYON has officially partnered with six leading academic institutions through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under British Council Nepal supported Youth for Climate and Social Action (YCSA) Project!
We appreciate efforts of our new partners for this mazing collaboration:

o Department of Environmental Science and Engineering
o Students Welfare Council – Kathmandu University School of Law (KUSOL-SWC)

o School of Development and Social Engineering
This partnership marks a big step forward in our shared mission to:
• Encourage/ Develop inclusive youth leadership on climate and social issues
• Empower university students to become change makers in their communities
• Connect academic knowledge with real-life community action; integrate the Nepal Youth Leadership for Climate Action (NYLCA) model into higher education
The participants from our partner’s institution will get involved in:
• Training in Social leadership and Social action; opportunities to participate in policy advocacy and make their voices heard
• Access to small grants for community-based projects
• Mentorship from university professors and civil society leaders
