Today, we remember the young lives who stood fearlessly for justice, change, and a better tomorrow. They had dreams, hopes, and futures of their own, yet chose to stand for something greater than themselves. Their lives may have been cut short, but their courage continues to live on in us. 🕊️

May we honour their memory not only by remembering them, but by carrying their courage forward.

September is Su***de Prevention Month 💛

We often think saving a life requires grand gestures or expert intervention. But prevention also lives in the quiet, everyday moments; the quick text to check in, the shared laugh, the safe space to be vulnerable without judgment.

In Nepal, thousands struggle in silence every year. You don't need special training to be a lifeline; you just need to show up and care.
If you or someone you know is going through a tough time, please remember that help is available. You are never alone ,and your story isn't over. 🎗️

Understanding our Constitution, understanding our responsibilities. 🇳🇵

We successfully concluded “संवैधानिक संवाद: Understanding the Constitution: Rights, Roles & Governance”, an insightful session that encouraged us to better understand our fundamental rights, governance structure, separation of powers, and our role as responsible citizens.

A heartfelt thank you to our facilitator, Rtr. Adv. Sabina Khanal, for sharing her knowledge and making the session engaging and meaningful. 🙏

Our sincere appreciation to all the enthusiastic participants for being part of the conversation, and to all our collaborating clubs for coming together to make this initiative possible.

दीप श्रद्धाञ्जली 🕯️

In solidarity with Zone 8, we remember and honor the lives lost in the devastating floods that have affected our communities.

Though we could not be physically present, our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences remain with the affected families.
