Foreign Employment World Welfare Fund (FEWWF) is a non-governmental organization working on the social issue of migration among marginalized families of Nepalese society. From the date of establishment (29 Jestha 2074 BS, 12th June 2017 A.D. our effort is to ensure the holistic progress of migrant (current and returnee) workers' families that are achieved through various programs research, advocac
y, and awareness within the national law, We are in the process of Member based organization (MBO) Our main objective is to track the migrant workers and register their one of the family members as the member of organization Firstly, we identify target area like schools, manpower, slum area, etc and then contact reliable resource person who can provide us data of migrant worker. After this, we give group counseling to familles dif migrant workers and register membership of interested migrant worker's family
FEWWF office is located in Soltimode, Kathmandu since past 1 year. Before this it was located in Kupondole, Lalitpur The main aim for establishing this NGO was to help family of migrant worker The board members of this NGO were migrant workers too. When they were in foreign countries their family members had to face a lot of problems. So, they came as one to help family of migrant workers and established this non-profit, non political organization Ever since that day FEWWF working to provide emotional, economical, psychological support to migrant workers families.
