Jhapa: A woman died due to electric shock while connecting a WiFi plug in Bahradashi, Jhapa. According to the District Police Office, Jhapa, the deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Sunita Baske, wife of Supol Baske of Bahradashi Rural Municipality-2.

Police reported that on Thursday evening around 5 PM, Sunita came into contact with a bare live wire while trying to connect a WiFi plug at home, resulting in fatal electrocution at the scene. Upon receiving the information, a team from the District Police Office, Jhapa, arrived at the site. After completing the necessary legal procedures, the victim's body has been sent to Bhadrapur Provincial Hospital for post-mortem. Police have stated that further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
