The tenure of the 15th Executive Body of National Resident Doctors Association (NRDA) has gracefully come to an end, leaving behind a legacy of commitment, perseverance, and remarkable contributions for the welfare of resident doctors. 🙌

In recognition of their tireless efforts and impactful work, the newly formed 16th Executive Body had the honor of felicitating the outgoing team — a gesture of respect, gratitude, and admiration. 🌸

As the tenure of the 15th Executive Body of NRDA comes to a close, we take a moment to reflect on the remarkable initiatives and contributions made during the past year. Their dedication, passion, and hard work have set a strong foundation and inspired progress across various fronts.

While not everything can be achieved within a single year, the milestones accomplished stand as a testament to their commitment. We look forward to the 16th Executive Body carrying this legacy forward with the same spirit of perseverance and excellence.

• Installed CCTV cameras – Strengthened hospital surveillance for safety of residents and patients.
• Fingerprint lock in female duty room – Ensured privacy and security for female residents.
• Additional lights & security guards – Improved visibility and overall campus safety.

🛏️ Duty Room Upgrades
• Replaced old beds & added lockers – Provided better rest and safe storage for residents.
• Air conditioners in MCH duty rooms – Improved comfort during long shifts.

The National Resident Doctors’ Association (NRDA) takes immense pride in expressing its heartfelt appreciation to Prof. Dr. Suresh Uprety, Campus Chief of Maharajgunj Medical Campus, for his consistent encouragement and remarkable support. Under his leadership, NRDA 15th Executive Body have been able to coordinate effectively with the Campus in advancing several important initiatives, including the enhancement of campus activities, academic improvement programs, research-oriented trainings, hostel upgrades, and many more endeavors that have brought meaningful results for resident doctors.
