🌱 Day 3 | Direction & Beyond

The final day of our Youth Leadership Camp was a journey of reflection, connection, and looking ahead.

We began the morning with Silence Time a quiet space to pause, listen within, and reflect on the direction we want to take as young leaders.

From there, we explored Leadership in Action moving beyond ideas and asking ourselves: How can we turn our values, relationships and learning into action?

🤝 Throughout the camp, participants built trust, shared openly, listened to one another, and discovered the strength that comes from working together. On the final day, they reflected on their experiences, the friendships they formed, and the commitments they are carrying forward.

We were also inspired by the reflections of the Ward Chairperson, who shared his experience and journey of engagement with Initiatives of Change Nepal, reminding us that leadership grows through relationships, service and continuous action.

The camp concluded with a closing ceremony and certification, celebrating not just the completion of three days, but the beginning of a journey beyond the camp.

Participants left with new connections, renewed confidence, and excitement to take their learning into their communities.

The camp may be over, but the journey continues. From direction to action. From trust to transformation. From “me” to “we.”

A day of inner exploration, community connection, learning and fun! ✨

Day 2 began with Soul Nurture and a moment of silence, creating space to pause, reflect and reconnect with ourselves. 🌱

Through Inner Development, young leaders explored their inner selves, values and the qualities that shape who we are and how we lead.

The journey then moved beyond ourselves and into the community — with a community visit, interaction with the Balthali Ward Office, and an engaging exchange with the local cooperative. We learned about local initiatives, community realities and the importance of collective action. 🤝

A village walk and hike to Ladkeshwor Temple brought more opportunities to connect with nature, experience the local surroundings and share moments along the way. 🥾🌿

And, of course, we ended the day with music, dance and plenty of laughter! 🎶💃

Day 2: Exploring within. Connecting with the community. Learning through experience. And having fun along the way. ✨

🤝 Change Within. Change Around.
