About Us: HPCNepal created with a spark of question –How can we create High Performance Computing resources required for a country.The idea is to increase the nation’s capacity to create and disperse new knowledge in the area of High-Performance Computing.
Vision : To provide HPC services and create a scientific research culture using HPC to foster scientific innovations and to acquire for the universities and research institutions, a world-class capacity in high-performance computing to create next generation expertise and workforce for the application of HPC in nurturing a knowledge based (smart) society and economy.
Mission : To develop both soft and hard infrastructure (knowledge, science, technologies and infrastructure) for research and development of high-performance computing in support for, and collaboration with, other stakeholders, including university divisions, national and international organizations.
