ECTC organized “Mindful Moves” Male Futsal to spread awareness about the importance of male mental health. The program began with a meaningful drama presentation highlighting the silent struggles many men face with mental health, encouraging everyone to speak up, support one another, and break the stigma. 🎭💙
Along with promoting mental well-being, the event also emphasized how physical health and fitness play a key role in maintaining a healthy mind. Through sports, teamwork, and conversation, we aimed to create awareness and positivity among young men.
Certificates were also distributed to appreciate the participation and support that made the event successful.

Sometimes people don’t need advice, solutions, or lectures — they just need someone who will truly listen. 🎧❤️

This beautiful poem reminds us how powerful simple listening can be.

Translated & narrated in Nepali.

Before Mother’s Day, we asked our team a simple question: What does “mother” mean to you?

The answers were honest, emotional, and beautifully different—each one shaped by personal memories and experiences. It reminded us that “mother” is not just a word, but a feeling that lives differently in all of us.

As we celebrate this special day, we honor every mother and every meaning behind it.
Happy Mother’s Day.
