११४ युवा तथा विभिन्न सरोकारवालाहरूको सहभागिता रहेको विभिन्न संघसंस्था सँगै Asian Academy for Peace, Research and Development को सह-आयोजनामा प्रदेश स्तरीय युवा मञ्च २०८२ मा ​राजनैतिक निर्णय प्रकृयामा युवा तथा महिलाको अर्थपूर्ण सहभागितामा जोड दिन "धनगढी घोषणा पत्र, २०८२" प्रस्तुत ।

​जनसंख्याको ठूलो हिस्सा ओगट्ने युवा र महिलाको अर्थपूर्ण सहभागिता बिना लोकतन्त्र पूर्ण हुन सक्दैन। धनगढीमा सम्पन्न 'प्रदेश स्तरीय युवा मञ्च २०८२' ले राज्यका हरेक संयन्त्रमा हाम्रो निर्णायक उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित गर्न '१२ बुँदे धनगढी प्रतिबद्धता तथा घोषणा पत्र' सार्वजनिक गरेको छ।
