CESLAM (Centre for the Study of Labour and Mobility) is a research centre established in 2011 under the aegis of Social Science Baha with a view to contributing to the understanding of labour and movement of people within and from Nepal and beyond. As the name suggests, the Centre is dedicated to bridging the knowledge gap, expanding public understanding, and providing a forum for discussing issue

s related to labour and mobility. In addition, CESLAM pursues a distinctive interdisciplinary research approach designed to produce policy-relevant studies on a wide range of critical issues that confront people working in Nepal and abroad.
