🩸 Periods Don’t Stop During Disasters. Neither Should Our Support. 🩸

Floods and displacement can make access to essential menstrual hygiene products incredibly difficult. This is especially true for women, girls, and menstruating people living in temporary shelters.

As SCORA, let’s come together to support flood-affected communities in Nepal with dignity, hygiene, and compassion. 🤝❤️

We are collecting:
🩸 Sanitary pads – preferably unopened packs
🩲 New underwear – unused and packed
📦 Other essential menstrual hygiene supplies

NMSS SCORA stands in solidarity with the global call to recognize that digital violence is real violence. Online spaces—once imagined as places of connection—have become fertile ground for new forms of harm: cyberstalking, online harassment, doxxing, non-consensual image sharing, and hate-fuelled attacks.

Platforms across the internet are also witnessing the rise of the manosphere—a network of online spaces that normalize misogyny, promote harmful gender stereotypes, and justify violence against women and girls. These echo chambers amplify hate, silence women’s voices, and encourage the spread of digital abuse that easily spills into the offline world.

Violence—on any platform, in any form—must end. Let’s speak up, push back, and work together to create digital spaces where women and girls can connect without fear.
