Accountant:
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
* Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
* Manage accounts.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory regulations.
* Assist with audits, donor reporting, and financial planning.
* Support the finance team in maintaining transparent and efficient financial systems.
