The Lions Club of Kathmandu Spiritual successfully organized a massive Grand Open Blood Donation Program on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day!
Through the incredible generosity of our donors, we truly lived up to the motto "One Drop of Humanity: Give Blood, Save Lives".
Every single donation made a meaningful difference, directly contributing to saving precious lives in our community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stepped up, as well as to our incredible partners who made this initiative possible:🤝

Yoga & Wellness for Mental Health Awareness 🧘‍♂️

A meaningful morning dedicated to promoting mental well-being through the healing power of yoga and sound.

Lions Club of Kathmandu Spiritual was honored to coordinate this impactful Service Week closing program organized by Lions International District 325 G, Nepal. The event was successfully conducted with enthusiastic participation and smooth coordination.

Participants experienced a refreshing stress-relief yoga session followed by a deeply relaxing sound healing meditation, helping them release tension, restore inner balance, and reconnect with themselves.

A heartfelt thank you to District 325 G, all participants, volunteers, and especially Lions Club of Kathmandu Spiritual members who contributed to making this event a great success.

Together, we continue to spread awareness that mental health matters and that even small acts can create a big impact.
