✨We are especially proud to share that one participant from the LGBTIQA+ community is part of this cohort—an encouraging step towards inclusive and representative artistic spaces. Maya Ko Pahichan Nepal and the Federation of GSM Nepal warmly welcome and celebrate this positive and inclusive practice. 🌈✅

Honored to attend the Ceremony of the 3rd Batch of Mandala Drama School (MDS), an 18-month residential theatre training program bringing together 14 talented young participants from all seven provinces of Nepal.

Implemented under the RANGA Project and supported by the European Union, this initiative is nurturing a new generation of socially conscious playmakers, theatre educators, writers, directors, and cultural leaders through collaborative and practice-based learning.

As fellow EU grantees, this gathering also created a valuable space for all 11 partner organizations to connect, share, and explore future collaborations.

Grateful for the opportunity to capture moments with inspiring personalities including Buddhi Tamang and Dayahang Rai—artists who continue to shape and elevate Nepal’s theatre and film landscape.

✨🌈 _Today, a meaningful meeting was held with the Honorable of Health and Population-Nepal by National Federation of GSM Nepal and @मायाको पहिचान नेपाल ✅

Sexual and gender minority communities in Nepal continue to face systemic barriers simply because of who they are_especially in accessing basic health services. Many are still denied safe, respectful, and inclusive healthcare.

We strongly emphasize: Healthcare is not just about treatment_ it is about dignity, trust, and safe spaces. Yet, the reality for many in our community remains exclusion, fear, and limited access to essential care.

Encouragingly, the Honorable Minister expressed a positive commitment to addressing these issues at the policy level. There is a shared understanding to strengthen coordination, ensure meaningful participation, and actively incorporate our voices in shaping inclusive health policies.

Now is the time to build an inclusive, equitable, and dignified healthcare system for all.🌈✅
