Paint for Animal Rights: Event Update! 🎨

We gathered at Utpala Cafe (Utpala Cafe ) for a powerful, cause-driven painting session!

Participants poured their heart and creativity onto canvas to shine a light on the reality faced by farmed animals. Additionally, we were thrilled to be joined by inspiring students working under the guidance of Ravi, Dipesh, and Anita. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who showed up, created beautiful art, and shared their vision for animal liberation!

✨ What’s next? All the incredible paintings created today will be featured in our upcoming flagship event, the Nepal Vegan Gallery (NVG) happening on Nov 1st!

A very special thanks to Devi for lovingly preparing delicious meals for the team, and to Vegan Food and Beverage Production House Pvt. Ltd. for providing the amazing seitan! Nourishing our community with compassionate, plant-based food makes our advocacy work even more fulfilling. Gratitude to Utpala Cafe for helping us bring this gathering to life 💚

Some wonderful learning! ✨

On August 25th, we conducted an ‘Animal Ethics’ presentation at Shree JanaKalyan Higher Secondary School, and these were the key takeaways shared by the students.

A big thanks to our wonderful presenters, Manjushree and Dipesh, for planting the seeds of veganism. Most of us already hold the values of compassion, but it takes conscious accountability to turn those values into action.

Reading these insights truly inspires us! If you know of any school that might be interested in hosting a session, please help us connect with them. 💚

PAINT FOR ANIMAL RIGHTS! 🎨

This September 13th, join us at Utpala Cafe Utpala Cafe for a special cause-driven art session to create paintings that tell the powerful stories of voices that are often silenced ‘farmed animals’.

✨ About the Theme:
Every year, billions of land animals and trillions of aquatic animals are killed, most after enduring unimaginable suffering inside factory farms. These animals are denied the most basic experiences: sunlight, freedom, fresh air, a mother’s comfort, or even space to turn around. Their cries are silenced by systems that see them as products, not individuals. Through your art, we invite you to tell their stories. Give life to the pain, resilience, and dignity of farmed animals. Make visible what the industry hides.

Event Details:
📅 Date: September 13th, 2026
⏰ Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Venue: Utpala Cafe, Boudha
🎟️ Entry: Free of cost (Light Snacks included!)
🎨 All materials (canvas, paints, and guided instructions) will be provided.
👉 DM your name, email address and phone number to register seats (Limited seats)

📌 Please note: All artwork created during this session will be showcased at Kathmandu Animal Save’s upcoming Nepal Vegan Gallery event!
