This week, Cruiseaids Nepal conducted two separate stakeholder meetings to address gaps and strengthen coordination in HIV services.
1. On February 23, 2026, a sensitization meeting was held with representatives from ART Centers, National Network, Implementing Partners (IPs), and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to assess the existing gaps in HIV services among MSM, transgender individuals, and s*x workers. The discussion focused on challenges related to ART continuation at both facility and community levels, viral load testing coverage, and strategies to improve treatment adherence.
2. On February 24, 2026, a stakeholder meeting was conducted with the participation of local government representatives, Ward Clinic Inspectors, the Health Office, and the National Network. The meeting aimed to clarify roles and responsibilities in addressing current gaps in HIV services and to strengthen the sustainability of HIV and human rights interventions for Key Populations (KPs) and People Living with HIV (PLHIV).
