It is totally non-profit motive organization registered in District Administrative
Office, Katmandu with Registered.Number7,2017. It is also affiliated with Social
Welfare Council, Nepal with affiliation number 48526. It has a working
committee comprising of seven members on the chairman ship of Mahesh
Bhattarai. It also works in the field of agriculture development,
environment protection as well

as reduction of rural and urban poverty of
Nepal. The social welfare activities such as child
health care, poverty reduction and environment protection and income
generating programmes for poor people will be conducted from this invested
earning amount in future.
