Day 4 Wrapped: From Software to Real PCBs!
PCB Design Workshop 2026

On Day 4, our Phase 2 participants brought their digital designs into the real world! After finalizing their circuit layouts, everyone printed them out and transferred them onto copper boards using heat. The students then went through the full fabrication process involving chemical etching, precision drilling, and component soldering, to build fully functional PCBs from scratch. It was an awesome hands-on day that officially wrapped up our entire PCB Design Workshop series!

Phase 2 Kicks Off: Day 3 | PCB Design Workshop 2026

Phase 2 officially started today with a brand-new batch of participants! We began with the basics as everyone opened up Proteus on their laptops to learn circuit theory and design. After trying out simple circuits like LED ON/OFF switches and bridge rectifiers, the students jumped into Proteus's PCB Layout mode to turn their circuit diagrams into actual board layouts. It was an exciting start that built a great foundation for tomorrow's hands-on PCB making!

Day 2 : FROM DIGITAL LAYOUT TO PHYSICAL PCB!
PCB DESIGN WORKSHOP 2026

Day 2 brought our digital designs into the real world! After fine-tuning our schematic layouts, participants printed their designs and transferred them onto copper-clad boards through toner-transfer ironing. We then went through the complete physical fabrication process, from chemical etching and precision drilling to component soldering. By the end of the day, everyone walked away with a fully fabricated, hands-on PCB built entirely from scratch!

Day 1 | PCB Design Workshop 2026

Day 1 of the PCB Design Workshop kicked off with a strong focus on hands-on practical learning! Participants dove straight into the Proteus Design Suite on their laptops, starting with core theoretical concepts before putting them into action. Guided by our mentor, everyone built and simulated foundational circuits, from simple LED ON/OFF setups to bridge rectifiers. Students then transitioned into Proteus's PCB Layout mode, getting their first experience translating schematic diagrams into real-world board layouts inside the dark workspace. It was an engaging start that set a solid foundation for the rest of the workshop!
