📢 Call for Volunteers – Veterinary Ophthalmology Workshop

The Veterinary Practitioners' Association Nepal (VPAN) is inviting applications from five (5) veterinary interns to serve as volunteers for the Veterinary Ophthalmology Workshop scheduled for August 05–06, 2026 in Kathmandu.
This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic veterinary interns to gain valuable experience in organizing a national-level continuing education program while working alongside experienced veterinarians and international experts.

Eligibility
• Veterinary Interns only
• Must be available from July 20, 2026 through August 06, 2026
• Must be based in Kathmandu or able to stay in Kathmandu throughout the volunteer period

Roles & Responsibilities
Selected volunteers will work closely with the organizing committee and assist with:
• Event planning and coordination
• Participant registration and support
• Venue setup and logistics
• Workshop management during lectures and practical sessions
• General administrative and organizational tasks

Volunteer Details
• Volunteer Positions: 5
• Volunteer Period: July 20 – August 06, 2026
• Workshop Dates: August 05–06, 2026
• Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
