Violence rarely starts loud.
It begins with the first red flags.
How to recognise the first signs of domestic violence in someone else:
Watch for subtle changes, such as:
~Withdraws from friends, family, or social activities
~Sudden changes in mood or confidence
~Frequent unexplained injuries or “accidents”
~Overly anxious or fearful behaviour around a partner
If you notice these signs, reach out to her safely, offer support, and guide them to get professional help.
Early intervention can make a life-changing difference.
~A message from the Inner Wheel UNiTE team

Violence leaves lasting wounds - visible and hidden.
No woman should be left to face that darkness on her own.
Inner Wheel stands unwavering. Every woman has the right to safety, dignity, and a voice that will be heard. We take action, we offer support, and we speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.
You are not alone.
You are seen.
You are heard.
You are supported.

In support of UN Women’s UNiTE and Orange the World initiatives, we stand united for a world free of violence against women.
Stay vigilant. Show compassion. Take action.
Her safety is our responsibility.
