On 15th of November, LOLA Chapter Biratnagar organized a focused program at Landmark Education, Biratnagar, to promote women's participation in economic development. Seventeen women actively engaged in discussions that explored the roles, challenges, and opportunities for women in shaping the region’s economic future. The session created a space for sharing ideas, experiences, and strategies to strengthen women’s involvement in economic activities.

The program also featured case studies from Koshi Province, which provided practical insights into successful local initiatives led by women. These examples sparked meaningful dialogue and inspired participants to consider replicable models in their own communities. In conclusion, the event served as a valuable platform for empowerment, learning, and collaboration reinforcing the importance of women’s leadership in driving inclusive economic growth.

On November 29, the Kathmandu chapter of the Ladies of Liberty Alliance (LOLA) Nepal, led by Nepal Chapter Leader Prasidika Dhungana, hosted a powerful and inspiring discussion on Women as Leaders of Liberty Movement. The event brought together passionate voices to explore the recent Gen Z movement in Nepal, examining its impact on society, politics, and the philosophy of classical liberalism. Attendees engaged deeply on how the younger generation is challenging norms, demanding autonomy, and contributing to a vision of a freer, more open society.

The conversation also celebrated a historic milestone with the rise of Nepal’s first female Prime Minister, highlighting the transformative power of women in leadership and the growing presence of female voices in public life. The event beautifully illustrated that liberty is strengthened when women lead, when their ideas shape policies, movements, and social change.
