Leo clubs are the youth organization of Lions Club International. Leo clubs urge youths to foster administration characteristics by taking part in social service activities. Each Leo Club is dependent on the Lions Club to sponsor and initiate. LCK Sauharda is a youth project led by Lions Club i.e Lions club of Kathmandu New Green City with the sole aim of serving people in any way possible. Sauharda itself means “THE BEHAVIOUR OF HARMONY AND SIMPLICITY, PEACEFUL BEHAVIOR.” So we aim to help people in need and create peace and harmony within society and self. Our Slogan “समजसेवाय विज्ञानत:”
Meaning: learning from social service. Leo is a team of youths from diverse fields having a plethora of ideas from which we can learn and as a team execute to serve society.

Knowledge that can save a life. 🐾❤️

Members of Leo Club of Kathmandu Sauharda actively participated in the Animal Bite First Aid Training Session organized as part of Rabies Week 2026 – “Stronger Together.”

The session provided valuable insights into appropriate first-aid measures following animal bites or scratches, emphasizing the importance of awareness, timely response, and responsible action.

Because sometimes, knowing what to do makes all the difference. ✨

Rabies Awareness Week | Collaboration
“Awareness is the first step towards prevention, and prevention can save a life.” 🐾
This Rabies Awareness Week, we were grateful to collaborate with Leo Club of Kathmandu Prayasnagar 325L in an effort to spread awareness about rabies prevention, responsible animal care, and the importance of timely action.

A heartfelt thank you to Leo Prayasnagar for organizing this meaningful initiative and for bringing us together for a cause that deserves greater attention and understanding.
Being part of this campaign was a wonderful experience an opportunity to learn, engage, and contribute alongside fellow Leos while reminding ourselves that protecting communities also means protecting the animals we share them with. ❤️
Together, let’s replace fear with awareness, misinformation with knowledge, and negligence with responsibility.
Here’s to creating safer communities—for humans and animals alike. 🌍🐾

A tree planted today is a promise made to tomorrow.
We are proud to be part of the Leo Tree Plantation Challenge 2026 – Season 7, a global initiative bringing Leo Clubs together across borders with one shared commitment: to plant, protect, and nurture a greener future. 🌍🌱
As Leo Club of Kathmandu Sauharda, District 325F, Nepal, we joined this collective effort by turning our commitment to environmental responsibility into action. Through tree plantation, we hope to contribute not only to a greener surrounding, but also to a culture where caring for the environment becomes a shared responsibility.
This challenge reminds us that meaningful change does not always begin with something grand. Sometimes, it begins with something as simple as putting a seedling into the soil and choosing to care for it. 🌳
🌍 One planet. Many communities. One shared responsibility.
Together, let’s grow beyond borders and leave behind a future that is greener, healthier, and more sustainable.
