Update from the SDC Team 🐾❤️
Thank you so much for your concern and for asking if we are okay during this incredibly sad time for Nepal. Our team and the dogs in Boudha are safe, but our hearts are heavy for everyone affected by the devastating floods. While we are okay, more than 5,000 people are still unaccounted for, including two friends of our friends. We also estimate that thousands of farm animals and street pets are missing or displaced by the mud and debris.
For the past two weeks, we have been praying and lighting lamps every day for those who are suffering and for all the animals. 🕯️❤️ We will continue to light these lamps for a total of 7 weeks (49 days of puja) for everyone who has left us. 🙏
May everyone find safety, peace, and comfort during these difficult times. ❤️✨
