Nepal Rapid Action Team - NRAT The team come with name Nepal Rapid Action Team (N-RAT). The main mission of the N-RAT is to establish a better preparedness plan for the possible disaster.

The group of development professionals have had a meeting for the continuation of the successful model of Covid 19 Rapid Action Team to support Nepal government’s priorities during the crisis. Youth engagement will be the core of the N-RAT. N-RAT will work together with the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) at the federal level and local government at the local level. There will be Eight major appro

aches to direct the N-RAT engagement in the country;
• Evidence based Advocacy
• Promote Volunteerism and Volunteer Mobilization
• Data Management and Research
• Materials and Food Drive
• Capacity Building and Network Strengthening
• Emergency Preparedness and support
• Advocacy on Repairs Maintenance and handling of Biomedical
Equipments.
• Mental Health
