WEDNESDAY ECO FACT | CORAL BLEACHING🪸🌊

Did you know?

When ocean temperatures become unusually warm, corals can expel the microscopic algae they depend on for much of their energy and colour. This stress response is known as coral bleaching.

Coral reefs support an extraordinary diversity of marine life and provide vital benefits to coastal communities. Protecting healthy oceans means protecting these ecosystems and the life they sustain. 🌍💙

Protect Coral Reefs • Protect Marine Biodiversity • Protect Our Future

ECO FACT OF THE DAY 🌱 🐝

Did you know?

Pollinators such as bees, butterflies, moths, birds and bats help flowering plants reproduce by transferring pollen from one flower to another. 🌼

🌱 Why are they important?
Pollination supports:
• 🌸 Plant reproduction
• 🍎 Food production
• 🌳 Forest regeneration
• 🦋 Biodiversity
• 🌍 Healthy ecosystems

Without pollinators, many plants would struggle to produce fruits and seeds.

💚 Protect pollinators. Protect biodiversity. Protect our future.

WORLD DAY TO COMBAT DESERTIFICATION AND DROUGHT 2026 🌎.

Healthy land is the foundation of life. It provides food, supports biodiversity, and helps protect us from the impacts of climate change. Yet, land degradation and drought continue to threaten ecosystems and communities around the world.

On this World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought, let us recognize the value of our land, respect nature, and take action to restore what has been lost. Every small step towards conservation and restoration contributes to a more sustainable future.

🌱 Our Land. Our Future. Let’s Protect Both.

Forests don't need heroes after they burn; they need guardians before the fire starts.🔥🌳

A forest is more than a collection of trees. It is the heartbeat of nature, the shelter of wildlife, the source of clean air, and a legacy for future generations. Yet, in a few careless moments, flames can erase what nature has spent centuries creating.

Today, choose responsibility over negligence. Choose awareness over ignorance. Choose action over silence.

Because every tree we save is a breath for tomorrow, and every forest we protect is a gift to the future. 💚🌱

"वन बचाउनु हाम्रो कर्तव्य मात्र होइन, भविष्यप्रतिको हाम्रो प्रतिबद्धता हो।"
