हा्त्तीको सुँढ सिंहदरबारमा राख्न दिइयो, अब हात्ती सिंहदरबारबाट निस्किनै मानेन

संविधान निगरानी समूह र ISSR द्वारा आयोजित संविधान कार्यान्वयनको एक दशक र संवैधानिक सुधारको आवश्यकता कार्यक्रममा जनमत पार्टीका अध्यक्ष डा. सी. के. राउतले संविधानले दिएका संघीयतासम्बन्धी अधिकारहरू ९ वर्षसम्ममा पनि ऐन बनाएर प्रदेशलाई नदिइएको अवस्थामा संघीयताको मूल्यांकन गर्न नसकिने बताउनु भयो।

साथै संविधान बन्दा प्रहरी संघीय हुन सक्दैन भनेर प्रावधान आइरहँदा अन्तिम समयमा मात्र संघीय प्रहरी राख्न दिइएको तर आज उल्टै प्रहरीलाई प्रदेश मातहत राख्न सिंहदरबार हिचकिचाइ रहेको अवस्था प्रति इंगित गर्दै पहिला हात्तीलाई सिंहदरबारमै सुँढ राख्न दिइयो, पछि त हात्ती सिंहदरबार बाहिर निस्किनै मानेन भनेर समेत भन्नु भयो।
