Floods and disasters can have complex causes. While some events are triggered by natural processes, climate change, environmental degradation, poor drainage, unplanned development, and unsafe land use can increase flood risks and their impacts.

In the wake of the recent devastating floods, let us stand with affected communities and take action to build a safer, greener, and more disaster-resilient Nepal.

Our actions today can help create a safer tomorrow.
