Her company produces different creative items like, hand bags, baskets, holders rag bags, decorations etc., from used and wasted plastics, sacks, tubes, wrappers etc. Her passion to fight for unjust and inequality against women has led to the establishment of Steps Foundation Nepal. hment, the foundation has been active in solving issue of domestic violence, polygamy, forced marriage as well as divorce, legal rights through formation of women’s group and different activities thus performed. The group meets once in a month and has focused group session on learning self-defense techniques, verbal and physical harassment tackling techniques, bicycle riding, public speaking, healthy reproductive health and hygiene as well as income generating skills. The foundation believes that women’s empowerment is the key to create a healthy and just society. After the disastrous earthquake of April 2015 that tore heart of Nepal and Nepalese, the foundation immediately reached to affected sites and delivered comfort and support by raising funds from different affiliated international agencies friends and families. The foundation distributed tins, blankets, tents, tarpaulins, warm clothes, rice and other food items.
