MRTFN is greatly honored to felicitate Mr. Ken Noguchi, Founder and Chairman of Peak Japan, in recognition of his long-standing and invaluable support to MRTFN across various projects.
Over the years, Mr. Noguchi has made remarkable contributions, including:
1. Organizing Everest Cleaning Expeditions twice from the North side and twice from the Nepal side.
2. Leading a Cleaning Expedition to Manaslu.
3. Sponsoring children of deceased mountaineers by providing full boarding school support up to Grade 12.
4. Constructing a school hostel, dining hall, and kitchen in Samagaun.
5. Building a community hall in Thame Teng.
6. Contributing USD 100,000 to the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA) in 2014 to establish the Mountain Disaster Relief Fund.
7. Providing vital support during the 2015 earthquake in Khumjung, Khunde, Rolwaling, and Samagaun valleys.
8. Supporting Thame village during the 2025 flooding disaster.
9. Establishing a reforestation nursery in Samagaun, producing 80,000 seedlings and planting 60,000 across various sites, with continued support for this initiative.
