Did you know?
💡Only 3 to 11% of the global ranger workforce is female.
💡30% of female rangers said that they do not feel that there are sufficient onsite measures to ensure safety.
💡80% of employers reported that less than 20% of their rangers are female.
💡72% of female rangers stated that they are paid the same amount as their male colleagues.
💡67% of female rangers said that they do not feel excluded from specific roles because of gender.
