Celebration of ’s Day, 2025 !!
A special panel discussion was organized on International Women's Day, 2025, with the theme: Breaking Barriers, Redefining Roles & Navigating Challenges in Gender Inclusivity.
Our esteemed panelists - Prof. Dr. Ramesh Kumar Maskey, Prof. Dr. Sangeeta Singh, Dr. Shova Shrestha, and Prof. Dr. Rameshwar Adhikari shared valuable insights on overcoming barriers and addressing challenges in the pursuit of gender inclusivity.
Key takeaways from the discussion emphasized the importance of continuous education and awareness campaigns to break down harmful stereotypes and foster a deeper understanding of gender equality.

Dr. Babita Paudel, founder and head of the Center for Natural and Applied Sciences, was invited to deliver a presentation at the 4th Conference on Research Trends in Science, Technology, and Innovation (RTSTI, 2025), hosted by Pokhara University in Pokhara, Gandaki Pradesh, Nepal, from March 19-21, 2025.

An information session on the Alexander von in Germany was organized as part of the Conference on Recent (RISTI), held in Pokhara, Nepal, from March 19–21, 2025. The session was conducted in collaboration with Humboldt Club Nepal and focused on various Alexander von Humboldt (AvH) Fellowships available in Germany, including the Postdoctoral Fellowship, Experienced Researcher Fellowship, and Climate Protection Fellowship.
The session attracted many participants from diverse academic backgrounds and institutions, with a significant representation of female researchers. Attendees included both junior and senior researchers from various universities and research organizations.

The conference focused on High Elevation Plant Adaptation in a Changing Climate (HEPACC).

Celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (IDWGS-2025)!
The Center for Natural and Applied Sciences (CENAS), Women of Nepal in Mathematical Sciences (WoNiMS) Nepal German Academic Association-NEGAAS, and collaboratively marked the (IDWGS-2024) at Padma Kanya Multiple Campus, TU, Bagbazar.
We were deeply inspired by the journey of Assoc. Prof. Badri Laxmi Vaidhya, Assistant Campus Chief of Padma Kanya Multiple Campus, shared her struggles and achievements in attaining leadership roles in STEM. Her story was truly captivating and motivational.
A special appreciation goes to Ms. Erica Udas for her insightful presentation on building confidence and leadership skills—her words were truly empowering.
We also thank Ms. Prashamsa Panta and Ms. Tara Paudel for their excellent moderation and seamlessly guiding the event. Furthermore, we sincerely thank Assoc. Prof. Dhana Kumari Thapa, Dr. Neelam Subedi, and BindraDevi Shakya.Thank you for your valuable support and contributions. Heartfelt thanks to all participants whose presence made the event a success.
