This autumn, Kathmandu is going to be blessed !!!

This month Kathmandu is going to be blessed by some of the most well known masters of the buddhist world. Around at the same time, three diffrent teachings are going to take place in three parts of the Valley.
1) At the first His Holiness the Sakya Trizin is arriving tomorrow (5th October) to confer Lamdre Teaching at Tharlam Monastery, Kathmandu. Being the head of Sakya school of Tibetan Buddhism, the event is expected to draw thousands of people from India and Nepal. The sakyas have large following in mustang district of Nepal.
2) On 7th of October, His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon is landing in Kathmandu to confer the Dam Ngak Dzo Transmissions. This teaching will start on from 10th of October Drikung Kagyu Rinchen Ling Monastery in Nayapati, Kathmandu. The Drikungs have large following in Limi of Humla and Lapchi of Dolakha. Thousands of people from India and Nepal are expected at the event.
3) Starting from first week of November, the Followers of 10th Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche is giving a transmission on Kangyur at the Benchen Shedra Monastery in Swoyambhu. Thousands are expected to turn up especially from swoyambhu area.
So this autumn, Kathmandu is really getting blessed. With thousands of monks coming from India and Bhutan, the population of kathmandu is getting little higher. Boudha kora is going to be tighter. So lets feel the good vibes spreaded by these three great Boddhisattava of our times.
