नेपाली साहित्यको धरातल अझ बढी फराकिलो पार्दै नेपाली साहित्यलाई सशक्त र समुन्नत बनाई विश्व साहित्यको समकक्षमा स्थापित गर्न सघाउने विशुद्ध भावना राखेर संघ–संस्था ऐन २०३४ अनुसार काठमाडौं जिल्ला कार्यालयमा — 'दायित्व वाङमय प्रतिष्ठान नेपाल २०५७' दर्ता भएको छ। यसले नेपाली साहित्यका सिर्जनशील अग्रज लेखकहरुलाई कदर एवं सम्मान गर्ने, नवोदित प्रतिभाहरुलाई प्रोत्साहित गर्ने र नेपाली साहित्यको श्रीबृद्धि गर्न

छरिएर रहेका विभिन्न धारामा कलम चलाउने साहित्यकारहरुलाई एउटै विशुद्ध साहित्यिक धारामा समाहित गर्न प्रतिवद्ध रहने दृढ आकांक्षा सहित अगाडि बढ्ने यस प्रतिष्ठानको उद्देश्य रहेको छ।
