Hepatitis B vaccines provide essential protection against serious infection and liver disease. Don’t miss your chance to get vaccinated and stay protected. Please visit your nearest vaccination center within this week.

Successful Completion of FREE HEALTH CAMP at Arughat-1

With immense gratitude and joy, Kyimolung Foundation is happy to share the successful completion of a three-day free health camp at Arughat Rural Municipality–1.

From 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM each day, our dedicated medical team provided essential health services, including general physician consultations, dental care, and acupuncture. Over the course of three days, we were able to serve more than 600 patients, many of whom were accessing such medical services after a long time.

In rural Nepal, access to quality healthcare remains a challenge due to distance, cost, and limited facilities. Health camps like this play a vital role in reaching underserved communities, offering timely care, early diagnosis, pain relief, and much-needed health guidance. Alongside clinical services, we also organized general and oral health awareness sessions and distributed hygiene packs, promoting preventive care and healthy living.

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the kind funding of HERO (Humanitarian Efforts Reaching Out), with compassionate support from Kahtoola and Elevate Nepal. We are deeply thankful to our medical professionals, volunteers, local partners, and the community members who placed their trust in us.

As we come to the close of this beautiful year, we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported Kyimolung Foundation in making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Update from our Hepatitis B Vaccination Program in Nubri region

Today, we initiated our second dose of Hepatitis B vaccination program and successfully vaccinated the locals from Chumnubri RM-5, Bhi ward (Rana, Bhi HP, Krek and Serang Gomba) village.

We want to emphasize the critical importance of Hepatitis B vaccination and shed light on the challenges our dedicated team is facing in delivering these life-saving vaccines. The difficult land topography and relentless monsoon rains have presented unprecedented obstacles in reaching remote communities. Therefore, we urge each one of you to take this matter seriously and be present at your local vaccination center. Protecting ourselves and our communities from this preventable disease is a collective responsibility.

As stated repeatedly, Hepatitis B is a silent but deadly virus that can lead to liver damage, chronic illness, and even death if left untreated. The good news is that vaccinations can prevent the spread of this disease and safeguard our health.

Let's raise awareness about the importance of Hepatitis B vaccination and support organizations and healthcare providers who are working tirelessly to reach remote areas despite the difficult circumstances. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that no one is left vulnerable to this dangerous virus.

We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to the incredible group of volunteer (Doctors, TCM, Nurses, Translators, Volunteers & other skilled professionals) who recently provided free medical treatment to over 1163 peoples at Arughat Basic Hospital, Aarughat Rural Municipality. You are all truly inspiring, and we cannot thank you enough for your amazing work.
