🧪🐍 Snakebite Awareness: Stay Safe, Stay Informed! 🐍🧪

As temperatures rise and outdoor activities increase, the risk of snakebites is also growing—especially in rural, forested, or waterlogged areas. It's essential to know how to avoid snakebites and what to do in case of an emergency.
Let’s spread awareness, not panic. Share this post and help protect your community. 🌿🧠

Empowering Youth for a Healthier Period Journey!

As part of the Project Happy Periods , a special Reusable Pad Making Training was conducted for our dedicated youth volunteers. The session was skillfully facilitated by Sudipa Ghimire and Himanshu Rauniyar, who not only taught how to make reusable pads but also shared important insights on menstrual health and hygiene.

This training helped our volunteers become more confident and capable of spreading awareness about safe, eco-friendly, and affordable menstrual practices in their communities.

A big thank you to New Submit College, our generous education partner, for providing the venue and supporting this meaningful initiative
and also thank you to the Walter Sir for their support and guidance.

Together, we’re building a future where menstruation is no longer a barrier but a badge of strength! 💪

Empowering Women!

We are thrilled to share that a Reusable Pad Making Training was successfully conducted at Guheshwori Secondary School, organized by NHCNC and facilitated by SHEEP volunteer Ms. Sudipa Ghimire.

The session brought together Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs) and local women in a hands-on learning environment to promote sustainable menstrual hygiene practices. Participants learned to make their own reusable sanitary pads—an important step toward affordability, accessibility, and dignity.

👏 A huge thank you to the Walter sir for supporting Us!

🌸 Menstrual Hygiene Exhibition | 28th May | MHM Day 2025 🌸

This Menstrual Hygiene Day, our dedicated volunteers from SHEEP (Society for Health Education and Environment Protection) proudly came together with Nepal Health Corps, NPHSWS, NPHSS, HECAF, Visible Impact, and Days for Girls Nepal to raise awareness, break taboos, and advocate for dignity in menstruation. 💪🏽❤️

Through an interactive exhibition filled with reusable pad-making, awareness booths, storytelling corners, and empowering messages, we aimed to create a space where menstruation is talked about with pride — not shame.

This collaboration was more than an event; it was a movement of committed hearts, passionate voices, and young changemakers standing up for menstrual health and rights across Nepal. 🚺🌍✨

Thank you to every visitor, partner, and especially our unstoppable volunteers who made this day meaningful and powerful. And big thanks to Walter Sir for supporting us.
