Political analyst Bharat Dahal was arrested in Belbari, Morang, on Sunday morning by a local police team based on a request from the Nepal Police Cyber Bureau and an issued arrest warrant. According to Morang Police, Dahal was taken into custody, and preparations are underway to bring him to Kathmandu for further investigation.

Police have not yet made public the reason for the arrest or details of the allegations against him. After reaching Kathmandu, further legal procedures and investigation will continue in coordination with the Cyber Bureau. More details are expected as the case moves forward.
