कोरिया अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सहयोग एजेन्सी (KOICA) को K-HaMi परियोजना र नेपाल सरकारको युवा रोजगार तथा श्रम मन्त्रालय (MoYLE) को सहकार्यमा कोरियाबाट फर्किएका आप्रवासी श्रमिकहरूको पुनःएकीकरण अवस्थाबारे बुझ्न तथा प्रभावकारी नीति र सहयोग कार्यक्रम विकास गर्न “दोस्रो तथ्य–पहिचान सर्वेक्षण (Fact-finding Survey)” सञ्चालन भइरहेको छ।
यो सर्वेक्षणले, EPS मार्फत कोरियामा काम गरेर नेपाल फर्किएका सबै श्रमिकहरूलाई लक्षित गरिएको हो। विशेष गरी सन् 2021 देखि 2025 सम्म फर्किएका व्यक्तिहरूलाई सहभागी हुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौँ, जसले हालको पुनःएकीकरण अवस्थाको वास्तविक चित्र प्रस्तुत गर्न मद्दत गर्नेछ।
नेपाल सरकारको नीति निर्माण तथा संस्थागत सुधारका लागि तपाईंहरूको सक्रिय सहभागिता अत्यन्तै महत्वपूर्ण रहेको छ।
■ मिति र स्थान:
मे 18 (सोमबार) – जुन 19 (शुक्रबार) / अनलाइन तथा नेपालका 7 वटै प्रदेशका प्रमुख शहरहरूमा
• (सिफारिस गरिएको) कृपया तल दिइएको लिंकमार्फत अनलाइन सर्वेक्षणमा सहभागी हुनुहोस्।
• प्रदेशगत समूह सर्वेक्षण (प्रत्यक्ष) पछि छुट्टै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी दिइनेछ।
• अनलाइन वा समूह सर्वेक्षणमा सहभागी हुन नसक्नेहरूका लागि मात्र टेलिफोन सर्वेक्षणको व्यवस्था हुनेछ। (विवरण पछि जानकारी दिइनेछ)
■ लक्षित सहभागीहरू:
EPS मार्फत कोरियामा काम गरी फर्किएका नेपालका आप्रवासी श्रमिकहरू (विशेष गरी 2021–2025 बीच फर्किएका)
• अनलाइन सर्वेक्षण सबै फर्किएका श्रमिकका लागि खुला छ। तर, हालसालै (2021–2025) फर्किएका श्रमिकहरूको अवस्थाबारे विश्लेषणका लागि विशेष रूपमा उनीहरूको सहभागिता अपेक्षित छ।
■ सूचना:
• सर्वेक्षणमा सहभागिता स्वेच्छिक हुनेछ र व्यक्तिगत विवरणको संकलन तथा प्रयोगमा सहमति भए मात्र सहभागी हुन सकिनेछ।
• व्यक्तिगत जानकारी पूर्ण रूपमा गोप्य राखी केवल तथ्याङ्कीय विश्लेषणका लागि मात्र प्रयोग गरिनेछ।
• अनलाइन र प्रत्यक्ष दुवै सर्वेक्षणमा दोहोरो सहभागिता गर्न पाइने छैन (एउटा मात्र विधि चयन गर्नुहोस्)।
• एउटै व्यक्तिले पुनः वा अन्य देशबाट फर्किएका व्यक्तिले सहभागिता जनाउन पाउने छैन।
• वरपरका अन्य कोरियाबाट फर्किएका व्यक्तिहरूसँग पनि यस सर्वेक्षण बारे जानकारी गराईदिनु हुन अनुरोध गरिन्छ।

The KOICA K-HaMi Project, in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth Employment and Labor (MoYLE) of Nepal, is conducting the 2nd Fact-finding Survey on the Reintegration Status of Returnee Migrants from Korea to understand the realities faced by Korea returnees during the reintegration process and to establish better policies and support programs.
The survey targets returnees who have returned to Nepal after working in Korea through the EPS program. In particular, we actively encourage the participation of returnees from 2021 to 2025 to identify recent reintegration trends.
We ask for the active participation of returnees to aid in the government of Nepal's policy formulation and institutional improvements.
■ 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞 & 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞: May 18 (Mon) – June 19 (Fri) / Online and major cities within Nepal's 7 Provinces
- (Recommended) Please participate in the online survey via the link below.
- Provincial group surveys (face-to-face) will be conducted through separate announcements at a later date.
- Telephone surveys will be provided only for those who are unable to participate in the online or provincial group surveys. (Further details will be announced later)
■ 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬: Korea Returnees who have returned from Korea after working through EPS (Especially, returnees between 2021 and 2025)
- The online survey is open to all Korea returnee migrants. However, we specifically encourage the participation of returnees from 2021 to 2025 to analyze the reintegration status of recent Korea returnees.
■ 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲:
- Participation in the survey is optional; participation is possible if you agree to the collection and use of personal information.
- Personal information is processed and analyzed anonymously, and responses are used solely for statistical analysis purposes.
- Duplicate participation in both online and in-person surveys is prohibited. (Participation in only one type of survey is allowed.)
- Repeated participation by the same respondent or false participation by non-Korea returnee respondents is prohibited.
- Please actively share the above survey information with other Korea returnees around you.
