🌟 Advocacy Group's Indirect Violence Identification Campaign: A Successful Initiative 🌟

We are thrilled to announce the completion of Advocacy Group's second program, "Indirect Violence Identification Our Campaign." on 23rd June 2024 at Shree Nirmal Secondary School , Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City -19 Bastipur. Formed under the financial support of Rural Health and Education Service Trust- RHEST , and the protection of the Women and Children Concern Center- WCCC, this Group is dedicated to raising awareness and combating societal evils such as human trafficking, child marriage, child labor, gender based violence, and electronic crime. Our efforts involve engaging relevant stakeholders to build a civilized society.

This impactful program reached over 60 adolescent girls. We were honored to have representatives from the Area Police Office, Newarpani, and the Child-Friendly Facilitator of Hetauda Ward 19, who actively participated and shared valuable insights on laws, cases, and local government provisions and plans.

Thank you to our changemakers Advocacy group members and everyone who supported and participated in this important initiative. Together, we are making a difference! 🌍✨

एसइई परीक्षा २०८० साल चैत्र १५ गतेदेखि चैत्र २७ गते सम्म सञ्चालन हुँदै छ ।महिला तथा बालबालिका सरोकार केन्द्र - WCCC को STOP Girls Trafficking - SGT कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत मकवानपुर र चितवन जिल्लाबाट १९७ जना छात्राहरु एसइई परीक्षामा सहभागी हुदैछन। हाम्रा सम्पूर्ण विधार्थीहरुलाई सफल परिक्षाको सुभकामना।

मानव वेचविखन , बाल विवाह , बाल श्रमशोषण , लैंगिक हिँसा यी सबै समस्याहरु हामीले हाम्रो घरपरिवार , समुदाय , विधालय , कार्यस्थलमा प्रत्यक्ष र अप्रत्यक्ष रुपमा भोग्दै आइरहेको समस्याहरु हुन्। हामी आफैले भोग्दै आएको र अरु कोहि समस्यामा परेको देख्दा देख्दै पनि हामीले सहयोग गर्न चाहेको अनुरुप सहयोग र उद्धार गर्न नसकी रहेको अवस्था पनि छ। समस्यामा परेका वर्गहरुलाई समस्यामा परेका छन् भनेर हामीलाई थाहा हुँदा हुदै पनि हामीले कतिपय स्थितिमा सहयोग गर्न नसकेको अवस्था अवगतै छ। समाजको एक सभ्य नागरिकको हैसियतले हामीले समाजमा रहेका यी समस्याहरुलाई न्यूनीकरण गर्ने , सम्बन्धित निकायलाई समस्या निराकरणको लागि ध्यानाकर्षण गराउने , ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाउने , जनचेतनामुलक कार्यक्रम , अभियान चलाउने गर्न सक्दछौं। यसैगरी यी सबै समस्याहरुमा काम गर्न इच्छुक तर विभिन्न समस्याका कारण आफुले चाहे जतिको काम गर्न नसकिरहनुभएको युवा , अभियानकर्ताहरुलाई एक समुहमा आवद्ध गराई सामुहिक रुपमा यस समस्यालाई एक एजेन्डा बनाई निर्मुलिकरणको लागि अभियानको सुरुवात गर्ने हेतुले महिला तथा बालबालिका सरोकार केन्द्रले समुहमा आवद्ध भइ काम गर्न इच्छुक युवाहरुबाट आवेदान आह्वान गर्दछ।

Advocacy Group Makwanpur made a remarkable impact on the 17th National Anti-Human Trafficking Day 2080! 🙌

On the 21st of Bhadra 2080, we hosted an enlightening panel discussion at Shree Siddhartha SS, Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City -02, bringing together influential voices to combat human trafficking. 🤝

Our esteemed panelists represented:

✨ Nepal Human Rights Commission
✨ Province Youth Council Bagmati
✨ Maiti Nepal
✨ District Bar Association
✨ District Police Office
✨ Hetauda Sub Metropolitan City

And, our hearts swell with pride as over 160 enthusiastic students, supported by our program, actively participated in the event.
But our commitment didn't stop there! 🤝

The Women and Children Concern Center (WCCC) extended its reach through the Human Rights Protection and Anti-Human Trafficking Network. We organized a thrilling quiz contest program in collaboration with Hetauda SMC and conducted sticker and awareness campaigns at the Hetauda Buspark area, in coordination with the Social Development Ministry.
