Rabies is 100% preventable, yet it still kills nearly 59,000 people every year — mostly children. 🧒🐕

⚠️ One bite, one scratch, or even one lick on broken skin can change a life forever. Once symptoms appear, rabies is almost always fatal. But here’s the truth: no one should die of rabies.

Through awareness programs and community engagement, Rotaract is taking action to protect lives and spread the message of prevention. 🌍❤️

👉 Wash wounds immediately with soap & water
👉 Seek medical help without delay
👉 Vaccinate yourself & your pets

💡 On the occasion of World Rabies Day (September 28), we conducted an awareness program at a local school to educate young minds about the dangers of rabies, its prevention, and the importance of timely vaccination. 🐾✨

By empowering children with knowledge today, we are building a safer and healthier tomorrow. Together, let’s spread awareness and work towards a rabies-free world. 🌍❤️
