बिश्व अपांग दिवस (December 3) को अवसर पारेर लासन्स क्लब अफ धरान घोपा हेल्थ प्रोफेसनल र नेपाल चिकित्सक संघ धरान शाखाले आयोजना गरेको डिसेम्बर महिनाभरी निःशुल्क परामर्श र उपचार सहयोगको कार्यक्रम अनुरुप आज २०८१ मंसिर १८ (December 3, 2024) मा धरान पुनर्स्थापना केन्द्र छाताचौकमा रहनुहुने सम्पूर्ण ब्यक्तीहरुको स्वास्थ्य परिक्षण, परामर्श साथै आबश्यक औषधी बितरण गरी सम्पन्न गरियो । यो कार्यक्रमको संयोजन लासन्स क्लब अफ धरान घोपा हेल्थ प्रोफेसनलका दितिय उपाध्यक्ष तथा नेपाल चिकित्सक संघ धरान शाखाका अध्यक्ष लायन डा. रोसन शाह कलवारले गर्नु भएको थियो ।

On the occasion of World Disabled Day (December 3), the Lions Club of Dharan Ghopa Health Professionals and Nepal Medical Association Dharan Branch will be organizing a free consultation and treatment support program throughout the month of December. Today, on December 3, 2024, we provided general health check-ups, consultations and necessary medicine distribution to all the people residing at Dharan Rehabilitation Center Chhatachawk. This program was coordinated by Lion Dr. Rosan Shah Kalawar, Second Vice President of Lions Club of Dharan Ghopa Health Professionals and President of Nepal Medical Association Dharan Branch.

Successfully completed District Governor 1st Advisory Committee Meeting of Zone XXII, Region XI, Area V, District 325 C on July 27, 2024 on Choutho BBQ Restaurant Dharan. We would like to congratulate Lion Lalita Nembang Zone chairperson of zone XXII for successful completion of meeting. We would@like to express our sincere thanks to chief guest Advisory council member Lion Bipin S***a, Special guest District GST coordinator Lion Rekha Gurung, Senior advisors Lion Sarita Rai, Lion Man Bhagat Chamling, G*T area chief of Area V Lion Kamala Limbu, Area coordinator Lion Prem Raj Shakya, Region Chairpersons Lion Ekta Shrestha, Lion Kiran Dewan, Zone Chairpersons Lion Maniraj Adhikari, Lion Uma Limbu Tamrakar, Lion Sashi Kala Rai, PVST of all clubs and all lions leaders for your presence in the meeting and guidance and support.

Thank you very much Zone chairperson Indu Limbu Angdembe for the recognition of our club Lions Club of Dharan Ghopa Health Professionals for our service activities, membership growth and other club activities on District Governors Fourth Advisory committee meeting held on June 5, 2024. I would like to thank all club officers and members from our club and region chairperson Kriti Stha, Area coordinator Kamala Limbu, Area Chief Kabita Limbu, District LCIF coordinator Rekha Gurung, PMCC Lion Indra Khatri (Rajan), serving first VDG and DGE Bikash Adhikari, IPDG Dhiraj Gurung and chief guest of meeting district governor (district 325C) Vijay Hari Sharma and lions leaders for gracious present in the meeting. I also appreciate the zone chairpersons Ekta Stha, Shikha Chemjong and Indu Limbu Angdembe for proving opportunity to conduct meeting as a master of ceremony.

Today we provided LPG, groceries and food items to Future Hope Nepal Children Center, Gothatar-9, Kathmandu under our "Lions United Food Bank" Project "Annapurna: Happy Belly, Happy Faces" together with Lions Club of Dharan Ghopa Health Professionals.

It was truly a heartwarming experience to witness the smiles on the faces of the children as we delivered the essentials, knowing that our collective contribution is making a positive impact on their lives and continuing the unwavering support and commitment to making a difference in our community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our donors - Lion Yobaraj Niroula, Lion Anand Thapa, Pramod Kumar Sah, Kamal More, Dr. Simran Agrawal, Anil Thakur, Sajal Shrestha and others as well as our team members - Program Coordinator Lion Dr. Anil Sah, Lion Dr. Samjhana Yonjan, Lion Dr. Pradeep Khatiwada and Dr. Denish Yadav, for generously dedicating your time and wholehearted efforts to this noble cause.
